Bank Feeds
Global Open Banking aggregation and proprietary bank feed streams unified through a single, standardized gateway.
Global Bank Feeds & The Universal Commtrac API
“You no longer need to log into twelve portals, download eleven CSVs, and pray bank balances still match by lunch.”
While Commtrac provides a high-fidelity environment for native nodes within the network, a significant portion of institutions remain siloed within traditional commercial and local banks that operate outside of Commtrac infrastructure. For a Commtrac node to maintain a true “Single Source of Truth,” it must be able to ingest real-time data from these external accounts without the friction of manual sourcing or bespoke backend refactoring.
Commtrac solves the fragmentation problem by deploying a ‘Universal API Gateway’ directly within the treasury's local environment. This API acts as an aggregator of aggregators for global Open Banking data and proprietary bank feed streams into a single, digestible, standardized format.

Open Banking Aggregation
Leveraging And Aggregating Open Bank API Protocols Worldwide as a Universal Adapter.
Commtrac provides the infrastructure for leveraging and aggregating Open Bank API protocols worldwide and acts as a universal adapter. Treasury licensors do not need to refactor a technical setup for each individual API access with hundreds of local banks. Commtrac provides out-of-the-box compatibility by translating institutional-grade feeds globally.
External bank feeds are mapped directly to Commtrac nodes in real-time, ensuring that treasury circuit operations are always acting on in-sync external commercial data.

Straightforward Integrations
When a Commtrac node needs to settle with a bank that is not part of CommNet, the system uses the aggregated feed to verify the state of the external banking ledger. This way, Commtrac eliminates the “Integration Tax” usually paid by other growing financial infrastructures.
By providing a pre-configured, compliant gateway to every relevant global bank, we allow our authorized partners to focus on settlement and scale rather than the underlying backend plumbing.

The Universal API Gateway is deployed locally within the treasury environment, ensuring that sensitive financial data never transits through third-party infrastructure. All feed translations, normalizations, and verifications happen on-premise, maintaining the security posture expected by institutional partners.
